Spattering of Paint

There are more recent completed paint jobs on route, but in the meantime here's one of my paint jobs from just before I had to stop a couple of years ago.

It's a Marauder IIC 3 painted in a bright green parade scheme for Clan Jade Falcon. The miniature itself was based from the standard reseen Marauder IIC miniature. The left side of the engine was hacked out and replaced with the missile launchers from the reseen Warhammer IIC, and the weapon barrels smooted down with a file.

I still consider the result to be amongst the highlights of my Battletech collection. It's one of my long ongoing plans to complete a star of mechs in this scheme...
