Spattering of Paint

Given the recent restart to these painting efforts it seemed to make sense to initially work on a set of unique pieces, as opposed to a larger unit. As such I took a look at the line of Reaper fantasy miniatures, some of which I really like.

Hopefully over the fullness of time some of these will get a use in a roleplaying game or two.

The first Reaper miniature to be painted is shown in the image to the right. Again I'm relatively happy with the result. The cloak worked quite well, even with the limited highlighting - especially from the back (not seen here unfortunately). Not convinced by the especially yellow hair in retrospect. But hey - live and learn!
